The St. Charles Place HOA has its annual meeting tonight. This is when the board passes the budget and elects the board of directors for next year. The proposed budget keeps the monthly dues the same as 2017. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at the usual location at the office of Excelsior Property Managment, 6554 Krycul Avenue in the Krycul Business Center. See the map below.
