If you have interest in helping chart the course of your community, in simply helping your fellow homeowners and neighbors, or changing the board's direction, you can do that. The board creates the HOA's annual budget, including the monthly dues we pay, and enforces the provisions of the community's governing documents.
It's not a huge job, but there is occasional homework, plus the monthly board meeting. We have one tonight at 7 p.m. at the usual location. The board will take nominations to fill its vacancy.
